Dr. Jayant Bhat, M.D.
Dr. Jayant Bhat received his medical school training in India. He came to the United States in 1975 where he continued his general surgery and urology training at the Detroit Medical Center. After completing his training, he started practicing in 1979. He practiced in the Detroit Medical Center for over a decade. He has been on staff at Beaumont Hospital since 1980. Dr. Bhat is board certified by the American Board of Urology and he has extensive experience and training in general urology.
His special interest is in the treatment of kidney stone disease, which includes all aspects of treatment of kidney stones including medical management. Dr. Bhat also has an interest in the treatment of impotence and urological cancers.
