Dr. Ashok Reddy, M.D.
Dr. Ashok Reddy graduated from the Department of Urology at Wayne State University in June 1994. Dr. Reddy is an accomplished surgeon and has been a member of the staff of Beaumont Hospital, Troy since August 2001. He is board certified by the American Urological Association. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Urology and also a member of United Physicians.
Dr. Reddy practices clinical urology with a keen interest in the field of kidney stones, urinary incontinence, cancer, urinary infections and sexual dysfunction. He has special training and interest in laparoscopic surgeries including laparoscopic nephrectomy procedures. Dr Reddy’s also specializes in the treatment of cancer with cryoablation of the prostate (freezing) as well as laparoscopic cryoablation of the kidney.
Dr. Reddy is a congenial, friendly, unassuming physician. He is very much liked by the staff and popular with the patients. Dr. Reddy is married. His wife is an accomplished nephrologist practicing in the Beaumont system. They have two children and they live in the local area. His personal interests include playing tennis, reading and exercise.
